Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with you Cordlets purchased on this site, you may return all of the Cordlets ordered to Cordlet, LLC at the address listed on the Contact Page for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. All other returns must be made at the point of purchase and in accordance with their policies.

Part Guarantee: Cordlets purchased on this site are guaranteed to be free from defect and will be replaced within 90 days of purchase. Defects only include mismolded parts, separation of part from retaining screw and clean breakage. Cordlets are not guaranteed when used in a manner inconsistent with its intended use, or if pulled on or stressed beyond a reasonable manner. Cordlets returned with "stress" marks that are otherwise solid in design are considered to be abused, as stress marks in the Cordlet can only be caused by excessive tension and/or pulling. All other Cordlets must be returned at the point of purchase in accordance with their policies.

Privacy Policy: No information submitted by a buyer will be shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern.

Prohibited Use: This product is only to be used in a manner consistent as described on this site, or in retail packaging. The product may not be used in any other manner and the user assumes all liability of misuse.

Limitation of Liability: Cordlet, LLC shall not in any event be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind relating from the misuse of our product. In no event shall Cordlet, LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this product. Should the product prove defective following purchase, the buyer and not Cordlet, LLC assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair. Cordlet, LLC shall not have any obligation with respect to the Product or any part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Buyer assumes all risks and liability from use of product. Check your local jurisdiction for limits of liability. You, the client, warrant that you are least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecituct. You hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Haven County, Connecticut in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this product. Use of this product is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
